I write the newspaper food column "The Noisy Oven." I am currently writing a cookbook. I have worked with food for years, including in the past running my own catering business, working for other food serving organizations, hosting large and small charity, money-raising and hospitality events and, most of all, doing much cooking and experimenting on my own. I also write other types of books, primarily textbooks, do editing, some consulting, and some photograpy.
